Creativity and engineering

In the Šaltinėlis branch (Trakų str. 20A), both students and adults interested in smart technologies can use free of charge the computer equipment received from the Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania, which consists of creative and partly engineering packages.
Creative and engineering packages
The equipment of the creative package will be useful to those who want to create design, graphic, or video works. In this package you will find:
Negative and photo scanner, which allows you to scan negatives, photo strips, books, photos, etc. with high quality;
Inkjet printer (for photographs);
Graphics tablet;
Tablet PC;
A 360 degree camera Samsung Gear 360;
Web-type FHD camera with streaming Logitech Pro Webcam C920;
In the engineering package you will find:
3D printer Zortrax M200;
The 3D printer allows you to model the desired object yourself and print it. Today, the possibilities of a 3D printer are endless!
The library welcomes all interested in new technologies, who like to take photos, film or create technological innovations – especially knowledge seeking young people, teachers, organizers of non-formal education!
